Cozy cabin style house sleeps 8 and is in a great location near the Big Meadow golf shop and restaurant. Convenient to the main Lodge and recreation facilities.
There is an ample driveway and garage available to guests. Spacious main level with sleeping loft above. The Great Room features an enormous native stone fireplace, and has large windows with a sliding glass door to access the main patio. There is a flat screen TV along with a DVD and CD player. The loft has a table and 4 chairs, a 22" flat screen TV with DVD and two twin beds. Modern kitchen has tile floors and countertops and is fully equipped with newer stainless appliances. The dining table seats 6 to 8 and the bar seats 3. An extra leaf for the dining table can be added. The first bedroom down the hall from the main living area has 2 twin beds, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, just past the bedroom. At the end of the hall is the second bedroom with a Queen bed and another bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and flat screen TV. On the back side of the Great Room fireplace is the master bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and skylight. New washer and dryer. The convenient and spacious rear patio provides wonderful outdoor living with filtered views of Black Butte and the 7th fairway of the Big Meadow Golf Course. The deck has a gas BBQ, two umbrellas, 2 chaises, 8 chairs and a large table that seats 6. This home is within biking/walking distance of the Big Meadow golf, Roberts Pub, The Main Lodge, and The Lakeside Bistro & Recreation area.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.
