The Great Room has many windows overlooking the large deck and golf course, a stone fireplace, new Curved screen 55" HDTV, 4K Ultra HD 3D WIFI Built in Blue Ray player. Also a stereo player with a CD Player. There is also wireless internet in the house. A game table near the stairs seats 4. The dining area is between the living room and kitchen and the table will seat 8. A door off the great room opens onto the deck which runs the length of the house providing lots of lounging space and a spectacular golf view. There is a large, fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen adjoining the dining area. Downstairs are two bedrooms each with King beds with brand new 40" HDTV TVs and a full bath in between. As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.
