Welcome to Spring Home 7, this cozy ranch style home is just what your vacation needs. Enjoy close proximity to the Paulina Springs pool in this newly constructed home, it offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with two "Master Suites". Each master suite includes a king bed and an attached bathroom. The "kids room" features two full beds and tons of extra room. In the guest bathroom and in one of the master bathrooms you will find beautifully tiled walk-in showers. There are two mini-split air conditioners to keep you cool during the hot summer days, and radiant heated floors throughout the entire house for those chilly mornings. Have a tournament with the whole family on the competition 2-piece STAG ping-pong table in the garage or on the back patio. Simply Roll the 2-pieces to our large, hardscaped back courtyard. Very easy to un-fold for play and fold/lock for storage. This home is very bright and open with room for the whole family.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.
As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

Hi Betsy, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our services. We did send someone out to take a look at the mirror, and I am so sorry we were unable to fix it during your stay. As for the garbage, We are just as disappointed to hear that it was not picked up in the first place, however we were not notified about it until the end of your stay, and when we reached out to come collect it, we heard nothing back. Again we are sorry to hear that your stay was negatively impacted by these issues..
